The name of the corporation shall be the Eastman Community Heritage and Educational Center Inc. A nonprofit organization exclusively for exempt purposes described in section 501C(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It is for charitable, educational and scientific purposes.

The primary focus of the corporation is to promote the goals and objectives of George Eastman, Eastman Community School, Eastman High School and the Eastman Middle School by maintaining the Eastman Facility as a location to promote Educational opportunities within the community. The corporation will strive to establish Eastman School as a Historic Site. We hope to appeal to the entire Eastman Alumni Community so we will be able to grow and expand. By renewing relationships and friendships, the Alumni will become even stronger.     Our Mission is to insure the future of the institution known as Eastman School.
